This app will be tailored to seniors and utilizes virtual reality (VR) and artificial intelligence (AI) to inspire physical movement and foster social connections. Features include eloquent social rooms, travel destinations, fitness classes, educational opportunities and more.  Designed to engage seniors, invoke the feeling of inclusion, and create fun by engaging physical activities for all levels, the mission of this app is to lessen the impact of social isolation. By immersing seniors in virtual experiences and providing opportunities for interaction, Silver Strands seeks to promote mental and physical wellness while fostering a sense of community.
